PERSONAL TRAINING (PT)
Training means different things to different people. Whether you are a high performance athlete preparing for the upcoming season, taking on a new challenge like your first 5 Km run at the Bluenose, or looking to find movement practices that can take care of old injuries, we're here to help.
We specialize in creating a fitness and training program that makes sense for you - tailored to your specific needs and goals. We assess and plan around your performance, physical health, and mental health needs.
Workouts are dynamic and engaging and will keep you motivated for more.

KATONAH YOGA®
Katonah Yoga is a syncretic Hatha yoga practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years.
Participate in your own well being, all you have to do is show up. Whether you are new to yoga or someone who has practiced elsewhere, Katonah Yoga will be new to you. This class will acquaint you with a Katonah Yoga practice and theory at a slower pace. The workshop style classes incorporate asana, pranayama and physical adjustments in a safe, non-judgmental and welcoming environment.
Our classes have a maximum of 6 participants and require preregistration online.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS (SGF)
Our core classes integrate mental health promotion, self-reflection and fun physical fitness all in one!
Our classes have a maximum of 6 participants and require preregistration online.
Given our limited class sizes, we recommend booking ahead when you purchase your package to ensure availability at your preferred time.
Ask about our lunch-time SPRINT classes (30 min High Intensity Interval Training), to allow time for you to eat lunch AND exercise!

PRIVATE SMALL GROUP FITNESS (PSGF)

Do you and your team mates want to get in some off-the-ice/court/field training to give your side the edge? Do you and your friends want to get fit together but have limited time together?
Let us help you design a class just for you and your friends. What you want, how you want, when you want.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING (OPT)
You meet with the trainer in person for your consultation to create your individualized program designed to tackle your physical and mental health needs.
Then connect online so our staff can help you stay motivated and keep progressing toward your best version of you.
