Logan's mission is to develop an trans-discipline evidence based wellness model
Logan's personal practices with movement involve hiking, strength training, soccer, and lindy hop.
Nutritionist & Yoga Instructor
Lesley is passionate about the transformative practice of Katonah Yoga, offering her students insights and perspectives on how the body is designed to fit itself for better function.
She believes in a functional personalized approach to healthy eating and specializes in helping individuals with digestive health issues.
Dr. Adriana Wilson
Co-Founder & Program Consultant
International speaker and author on resilience, positive psychiatry, the role of human connection on health, and eliminating the stigma of mental health.
She is passionate about what she teaches, so it is not uncommon to see her at the gym, organizing a community activity or trying new activities for a challenge.

We are located on the second floor of 998 Parkland Drive above Maritime Dance Academy. Enter the doors under the 'Medical Clinic' sign (to the the right of Maritime Dance). Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. From the stairs walk straight ahead until you get to the elevator. From the elevator turn left and follow the signs.
